Is norabel HIPAA compliant?

Partly, and the gaps are worth knowing before you decide. Data is encrypted in transit, access is controlled with role-based permissions and logged, and no client data is ever used for AI model training. But we do not currently offer a Business Associate Agreement, which a US covered entity needs before putting PHI into any tool, and encryption at rest covers private notes and credentials rather than session notes and transcripts. Hosting is DigitalOcean in New York, whose SOC 2 report is theirs and not ours.
